Ad Hoc Support

£35 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours chargeable. Time is tracked and billed in 15-minute increments.

Terms

Retainer packages are billed in advance on the 1st of each month and work will commence once payment has been received. Additional hours or top-ups can be arranged as required. Retainer hours cannot be carried forward.

Ad hoc work is tracked and billed separately. Payment is due within 7 days of the invoice date.
